The studio offered ample storage space for our belongings, which was very helpful for our family. We reveled in making our own espressos each morning, adding a personal touch to our stay. The mountain view from our room was truly stunning, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation.

We faced some delays during busy hours when we sought assistance, which was surprising given the level of expectations.

Great Location and Spacious Rooms!

We had an awesome time in our two-bedroom apartment. It was super spacious and the onsen was a perfect way to relax after skiing. The staff was really helpful and the in-house restaurant had some tasty options. Just be aware that the outdoor onsen lacks a nice view, which was a bit of a letdown.

In our studio room, the shower showed clear signs of wear and tear, hinting at a need for maintenance soon.
